These repairs are usually best left to an electromechanic but it can be doen by anyone with basic knowledge following the troubleshooting section in repair manual which can be purchase from local parts shop or online haynes or chiltons will do and get a multitester.

First check basics: are the fuses good to defrost blower? (fuse access refer to manual)
then see if there is power to the blower/defrost switch use multi meter at 20V setting
then see if there is power to blower unit under dash (see manual under interior section to access blower motor)
probe using same setting to test for power on each wire ( as you turn blower setting from low to high you shuld notice the voltagre climbs aswell)
if this checks out your blower motor is faulty replace and your good heres a few places to get the best deal on parts

My air condition and heat works on defrost only sometime comes out vents last seconds didn't matter were controller set

Not sure what year, make or model vehicle is in question, but the issue is due to an actuator that has gone bad. Sometimes referred to as a mode actuator or blend door actuator. This actuator controls where air/heat will blow from (defroster vent, forward vents, floor vents or combo, etc.). Good luck. Ron @ Speed-O-Repair.

No matter what setting you have the air or heat on, it still comes out all the settings(vents, defrost and floor vents) all blow at same time in my 2003 chevy impala

sounds like you have a bad blend door motor that is stuck in the middle allowing for all vents to blow air... locate the motor under the dash and remove it. manually move the lever and see if it changes the flow.. check for power at that motor to make sure your getting the signal from the dash then you'll have found your problem....

Heat/cool comes out of floor and defrost but not vent setting

There are 2 vacuum lines that control your hvac system, one of them is either disconnected or dry-rotted and needs replaced. I was able to fix it by purchasing a 3-way splitter for a vacuum line, bought some rubber vacuum line and spliced into the cruise-control vacuum line. Worked like a charm. If it's not that, you could have a vacuum leak anywhere alone the line from the intake manifold to the evap canister

Ac air is not blowing from main vents

I am guessing here as I don't know which control unit you have, but I believe you may have the one like in the video and the video shows the repair you will need to make. Hope it helps.

1996 ford mustang convertible ac blows cold only from defroster

Does it still blow out the floor and defrost when you set the switch to those positions or does it alway blow out the defrost no matter what? If you can get air to blow out to the floor, then it sounds like you lost the switch that controls the airflow to the vents. If it only blows out the defrost, then you probably lost the vacuum to all of the switches. When the vacuum is lost, it will only blow out the defrost. Check the smallest line on the vacuum distribution block located in the corner near the brake master cyclinder. That line provides the vacuum to control the direction of airflow within the cabin.
