the 02 sebring does not list a 2.7L it had 3 engine codes a 2.4L 4cylinder vin# G 2.4L 4 cylinder vin# B or X and a 3.0L V6 SOHC ? recheck what you have and get back with me.

The timing belt is locate at the front of the engine, underneath a cover. Here is a picture of it with the routing and timing marks

Swap the camshaft sensor (easy) out with a new (or used from auto dismantl) sensor and go from there.

Depending on the engine type this is a big job, the waterpump is driven by the timing belt and you must use caution as to engine damage may ocurr, if the timing gears are not 100% aligned when installing the timing belt heres a diagram to show you what im talking about,

Every 80,000 miles along with a NEW water Pump as well since its right there with it
