what ground wires? there are about 20 or more wires to the switch. no way to disconnect any wires but unpluging the connector and none are identified.tried the test light on some of the exposed "metal" contact looking things, not able to identify though, because inside they have a pc board and they go all over the place. found NO power to entire switch, only when button pushed, and window moved. I don't have 4 hands, so I couldn't do this totally, anywys, there is nothing to tell me which "contact" goes to which window on which side of switch or anything else. your "check" ground wires solution is just a basic electronics first step, and of course useless. any real help from an experienced person would be great. thanks anyways.

"...when master switch remove, NO WINDOWS WORK"
This is correct--your master switch is part of the total circuit for all the windows to operate. Assuming the other windows work on their "relative" switches (passenger switch works passenger window etc.), you can assume this; it is not a relay problem. You only have one relay--a bad one would affect all window switches.
First, check your ground wires! Disconnect, clean (abrasively) and reattach)
Second, use a test light (starting at the master switch terminal) to determine if and why it's not getting voltage.

Testimonial: "another "mechanic" that cant read? the question was "all other windows work fine on their own, only the master control drivers panel DOES NOT WORK" I have this same problem and have been searching for over a year now with no answers. hope someone can help!"

After reviewing, I believe I read, understood and responded correctly, Ed. Sorry to see that apparently you don't understand my response and could only respond with a snide comment. Not a big surprise that you're still scratching your head for a year now.

SOURCE: Toyota Camry power windows not working from master switch

Their are two fuses that power this system. One is a 15 amp gauge fuse and the other one is a 30 amp main power fuse. You can also check the power main relay, your ignition switch, or i could possibly be a fault in the wiring

SOURCE: Camry 1996 automatic power lock doen't work, but windows work.

if you can here relays when unlocking/locking check for power at door lock actuators inside doors, if you have power on lock/unlock and good earth from connector actuators are faulty.
if no power on test light when operating check output from central door lock module while operating, none coming out of module then it might need replacing.
check 30Amp power fuse for main relay under bonnet (which goes to pin 8 white/blue on module)and 10Amp gauge fuse in cab(pin 1 blue/red on module),pin 15 is also power when relay is on(red/blue) with test light, and module/ actuators.
check outputs from module pin 3 & 4
blue/red
blue/black
that go to door locks

SOURCE: Driver's side window switch doesn't work.

i know on some toyotas, you do not need to remove the door panel just the handle where the switch assembly is located...if the panel around the switches is plastic then pry GENTLY up on the plastic to dislodge it from the door handle and inspect connections there...if everything checks out fine, then check fuses...perhaps this was a problem for so long that the window motor finally blew a fuse. if so replace both fuse and motor...if fuses okay, then with a long screw driver locate any screws under the door handle, bottom of the door panel, mirror panel etc, and remove...then gently pry outwards on door panel until it is released. disconnect your harness at the window motor and hook in a test light and operate the switch..if light illuminates, replace motor..if not, then replace switch or switch panel..which ever/.

SOURCE: 1998 Toyota Sienna. Problem: Passenger side

Have you tried replacing the master window switch? Just because the other windows work doesnt mean that switch for that window is good.

The main switch is controled by the drivers door main unit.....i had to use a forward force on my windows switch for it to work....so replaced the whole unit, you could find those on ebay cheap if local auto parts is expensive

Why do my electic windows only work from the driver side in my 1998 jeep cherokee sport?

There is most likely a break in the connection on the passenger side wiring harness that runs thru the doors jam. Either a wire has broken or there is a bad connection at the module connector. This is a very common problem. Sometimes you can grab the harness, when the passenger door is open, an move it around and the door switch will start to work again. The best thing to do is pull off the panel and check the connection at the module window switch then proceed to the wires that are in the door jam, the ones that bend all the time when the door is opened and closed.

The drivers side window switch will not control the passengers window. What's wrong?

Most likely burnt contacts in the door switch.
The switch can be carefully levered out of the door trim with a flat blade screwdriver , unplug the loom and carefully pry the switch apart with a flat bladed screwdriver. ( Do it somewhere clean and easy to find escaped springs and ballbearings, like on the kitchen table) .
Inside the switch are a series of rockers with contacts at either end. Clean up the contacts with some fine sandpaper.
Reassemble.
These instructions assume that the passengers window still works using the passengers side switch.
Good luck

Driver window button is the only one to work

lightly pry the switch up from the driver's door and do the same with the other doors. Check the voltage from the door switch on one of the other doors (it probably won't show any voltage). What it sounds like is the master door switch (driver's side) has shorted out, actually it's in the lockout mode. First try some electric contact cleaner spray, and spray the driver's door switch, make certain that the driver's side isn't in the locked mode for other window operation and if that still doesn't work, you'll need to replace the master door switch.

Good luck.
