Burning rubber and ets/check engine lights on

Check engine light on ? Have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's .

I would check the fuel pressure and flow. Sounds like it might not be getting enough fuel to run it..

the injector has high current to it. It locked up and over heated. U should tear the heads off and check for damage in cylinders.

any dash lights on check engine lights have battery alternator tested

White smoke is usually coolant, oil is usually a blue color, most turbos r cooled by coolant so U may have a coolant leak in the turbo, may B a seal or crack in the turbo. Check your coolant level occasionally to C if it drops.

well sounds like you might be smelling oil burning from the motor running with no oil some cars wont start if the oil is really low try adding oil then start then look for oil leaks under the car could have a oil pan leak

You need to take a pressure and volume measurement, most fuel pressures for a carburetor engine are 3 to 7 psi, then you need to make sure the volume is consistent for a period of time, 20 to 30 second of engine cranking while the fuel is transferred to a container of some sort, make sure the ignition system is disabled to prevent you from blowing up the property.
