I have seen issues like this on other Honda's and the problem turned out to be the ignition starter switch. Do this, jumper power directly to the starter solenoid trigger wire and see if the engine cranks.

SOURCE: 1997 Honda Accord, 4 cyl, auto trans. When I turn

The starter sit on top I belive on the passenger side above the transmission, have some one hold the key to start while you tap or even hit the starter some time it will crank over if it does replace it, not that big of a job. If it still dont start there a big wire that one comes from the battery and a small one that come from you ignition switch ( key ) jump those two wire's ( if stander transmission make sure you have it out of gear ) there should be voltage at big wire all the time, if it still dont crank over replace starter assembly.Hope this was very helpful.

Testimonial: "Replaced the starter this weekend as recommended, now the car starts just fine. Getting the old starter out was a lot more of a pain than I thought (probably just my lack of knowledge/experience) but the replacement starter went in with very few issues. As stated in other posts, any DIYer can replace a starter with just a little patience and save some $$$."

SOURCE: The battery of Honda accord

is the battery good? try unhooking the battery for ten minutes if it is and rehook and see if it does. this will reset the memory. the jump start may have been the problem hoping it was hooked correctly. if the battery tests bad replace it it could be the culprit. once you hook it up if the alarm sounds try disabling it with your remote then let us know what happens. hope this helps

Sounds like your fan switch is bad. There are two fan switches on that car. One works when the car is running and the other works when you turn the car off, so it can cool the vehicle down when turned off. That one must be malfunctioning. Have it checked and possibly replaced.

2003 Honda Accord. Dies when I try to put it in drive

you are having a problem with your alternator. the battery has a main purpose to start the vehicle, keep computer memory, and give power to electrical components when the key is in the on position. the alternator charges the battery and gives power to electrical components when the vehicle is running. now when you hit the brakes there was an extra load added to the alternator and if the car died then the alternator is running very weak and needs to be relace.
