The relay is still clicking but wont inflate. I heard a pop sounding like a thick plastic balloon noice. The dealer wants $100 just to take the "seat apart". After reading here, I have found there are 7 relays to the drivers seat blue, grey, green two white, 1 small on larger side by side, a yellow/black 2-connect. I checked each one and they are still connected.

the relay cover slides off very easily so you can expose the circuit board take your pgmfi relay apart and you will see two small relays on the board look at the contacts for the relays to see if theyre burnt then turn the board over and look at the sauder joints at least one of these will probably be burnt or not enough sauder will be ther to make a good connection.Look real carefully at these i use a magnifying glass my self because i have seen numerous times where the sauder will have a small crack (like a ring or circle) around it causing a poor connection these are the most common problem with these relays (almost the only problems) i have seen in the past six years that i have worked at my local honda dealer
SOURCE: Honda S2000 engine installed in kit car. How do I wire alternator
Unfortunately the Honda alternator is regulated by the ECU, which allows the ECU to intelligently reduce alternator engine loading to improve fuel consumption. The intelligent system uses an electrical load detector (ELD) located near the battery to control the alternator output voltage. A two wire alternator has an inbuilt regulator that will always generate the required charging voltage. When a battery is fully charged and the electrical loading is low there is no need for generating the charging voltage, in this situation the honda alternator will reduce the output voltage to reduce engine loading, hence improved fuel economy.
