If one of the discs slipped off its tray and got jammed, you will have to take the cd changer out of the car and dislodge the jammed cd.
I had this happen a few years back and the guys at the auto parts store helped me remove it for free.
I would remove the player from the dash and set it carefully on the ground and then take a sledge hammer and beat the liviing daylights out of it what is left is probably your discs
unplug the power to the cd player for about 10 minutes or so. usually that reqiures unhooking the car battery. if that radio is of the anti-theft variety make sure you know the code and how to enter it before you remove power
Unplug the cable behind the cd stack box and plug it back in and see if that helps. It worked for me. I get this problem once in a while and this always helped.
the motor inside has failed. the only thing you can do is send it back to the manufacure for repair and hope they send back you cd or right the cd off as a loss and install anew radio
