Under the hood where the relays are there is HEGO fuse 15A this fuse isn't getting power before changing fuel pump I could not get the car to crank, it would just sputter and stall out and afterwards it just wouldn't turn over now I cant get it to do anything. Any suggestions please
You should have disconnected the battery to change your fuel pump. First check for a good battery connection
Is battery fully charged? And possibly could be fuel regulator also. There is a YouTube video about something like this...vacuum line might have a hole and fuel pump may have connections backwards..

disconnect fuel filter on flow side turn key on if it spits fuel you should check the sparkplugs and injectors for propper spray pattern

Try a new relay first. This may not be good news if that does not work. If you can find the EEC (computer) and unplug it, then replace the fuse-if it blows you have another cheaper part on the circuit thats bad.
If the fuse does not blow, then the EEC must be shorted.
If you have to replace the EEC you may find a kindly dealer with a cash-for-clunker sitting there to violate. Salvage yards have them, Ebay sells them. I have seen them at swap meets for $20. They are a high price part even rebuilt at Dealers or autoparts stores.

try cleaning the connector that goes to the fuel pump, sometimes they corrode on inside. If that does not fix, test the wires feeding fuel pump with a multi meter until the condition shows itself again, if voltage drops to zero or very low then wiring problem, if voltage is unchanged with problem and fuel pump is not working and connectors are all clean, try replacement of fuel pump.
SOURCE: Where is the fuel pump located on a 2001 ford
Fuel pump is located inside your fuel tank.Sometimes if you have involved in an accident there is automatic shut off switch that will kill the fuel pump operations and prevent fire durring accident.Chek your manual for fuel pump shut off switch. Sometimes is located in the Trunk or in front of vehicle on driver side under dash on left side panel.

normally, the fuel pump relay and fuses are in a box , that is located under the hood on the drivers side of your car, it has a plastic cover, and most of the covers have diagrams on the inside informing the person , just where the relay or fuse is located.

I do have power though in the on position everything works from the windshield wipers to my radio all lights come on except the check engine light. in the CBJ all fuses have power except for the 10A fuse which is in the second column and first row(F2.12) and in the BJB all are receiving power except the 15A HEGO (F128). What do I do, that I can do or what is my problem
also tried hot wiring the starter relay car attempted to crank but wouldn't turn over, checked inertia switch in trunk it was in the up position I pushed it back down, still nothing from the steering collar. from what i am seeing is that there is something somewhere that isn't getting power, and i cant seem to pinpoint the root to this issue.
someone please help I am stumped with this issue I don't know anything else to try
tried a new relay, nothing changed, tomorrow will try unplugging the battery for 20mins and hitting the starter with a hammer. even though it tries to crank when hot wired from starter relay in battery junction box. From researching there could be a (pats) issue because when car is on position theft lights continues to flash....Just completely confused on the issue any suggestions
today i had a technician come out to check the the key chip but his autokey diagnostics system wouldn't communicate with the car. Why is this?
check engine light isn't coming on either.
