Your best bet have codes checked with a scan tool .
sounds like it might work. i'll give it a try. thanks
I was told BMW has authorized a fix if the warranty has expired. I carried back to my dealer. They said my problem dealt with my seat sensor and is not covered. They said the air bags will continue to function properly; however, they have been incorrect on nearly every other subject. Will they work?
My vehicle is a 2005 S.
My airbag light came on again for the fifth time. The first four times. Each time the dealer replaced the seat mat to the tune of $1200.00 +, all under warranty. Soon car will be out of warranty and I'll have to pay for it. The dealer just wants to keep changing the same parts. Does any one have a clue?
