1994 BMW 318i Air conditioning problem

My car wont even start the air conditioning. no air comes from it. not hot or cold air ( nothing )
just some kind of wierd sound comes. is it electrica problem ?

any ideas

if i change the blower motor . would it be fixed ? is it easy to change it. i have found the blower . any tricky things do i need to know ?

i have changed the air conditioning control panel. it worked for the first time i triyed , but i turned off and turned on . now it has the same problem again.

now blowing any air ..

Are you sure that the belt only turns the AC compressor? Be sure that it's not also connected to the fan and the power steering pump. If it's only turning the air conditioning compressor then you can live with it for as long as you can live without air conditioning.

Hi,my 1995 bmw 316i only blows cold air.even when the temp control is full at red it blows ice cold air,thanks.rod

check hot water is circulating through heater rad by feeling the inlet and outlet pipes as they come thru the bulkhead if ok it sounds like there is a control panel prob, if hot water isnt circulating make sure cooling system is bled properly, and you could try backflushing the system.

I have a 94 acura integra ls & now air is coming out of the vents

Check all of the fuses related to the air conditioning. That is where I would start. Normally the AC has its own set of fuses and relays.

I have a bmw e46 318i se when i start the car the fan comes on straight away weather its cold or hot, i run it up and it doesnt over heat and drives perfect, BUT THERE IS NO HOT AIR COMING OUT THE BLOWERS,...

it could be afaulty coolant temp sensor or a sticky fan relay, I suggest to swap the cooling fan relay first but if doesn't make change then i go through coolant temp sensor.

Rear drive axle hub removal on a 1994 318i

Need to be pressed off Take whole assembly off and press hub out of bearing Crack retaining ring behind bearing with a cold chisel Press hub back on to new bearing

hi

I had this problem before. There could be several reason.

1-Your air conditionner filter could be soo old and dirty, that you don"t get that good air condition.

2-Your air cond compressor could be giving low pression and so, no cool air.

3- You could be having a leak somewhere and so you're loosing gaz after it's filled.

4- Check also the fuse box. Seee if the AC fuse is not burnt.

Air Coniditioner not blowing any air, but Air Computer module is on

Without seeing the car, sounds like the fan motor or final stage resistor for blow motor is bad.

BMW 318i wont start engine

I would have the battery tested. When they get cold they get weak. Next I would look at the wires on the starter to see if their loose.
