The 6 CD changer without power in my 2004 Pontiac GTO

check o2 sensor wires make sure their not melted

look under the back seat there is a fuse box there

there is a fuse box under the hood also . I would use a test light and make sure all the fuse were good in both fuse boxes . you need to check the fuse with the key in the run position. I also think that on the pannel that covers the fuse box on the drives side of the car list what each fuse is as does the cover on the under hood fuse box . You may be looking for 2 different fuse . one for the radio and one for the lighter circuit . there will be fuses with out any power on either side of them witch is normal .. like the head light fuse will not have power untill the head lights are turn on . but the radio fuse should have power with just the key in the run position as should the lighter fuse

sounds like a bad round to me check under dash for loose wires at or near eithor the back of cluster or near fuse pannel

these cars they fuse block and battery can be located under the rear seat, there are pull release just under the fron edge of the back bench seat, it may also be located in the truck beside the spare tire. Check under the hood, before looking in those location, just in case it is there, There might be on for interior fuses under the driver or passenger side of the dash, when in doubt look in your owners manual, or call and ask your dealer, they should be able to tell you over the phone.

The fuse for the bulbs should be in the driver's compartment under the dash. The fuse / relays for the signal relay should be under the hood near the firewall

like most pontiacs, it is probably inside one of the fuse blocks located under the hood

instrument panel fuse block (below left end of dash)
it is a 20 amp fuse fuse # 18
