Mecerdes ML320 bose radio code

To get your Bose Radio unlocked you have to go to the dealer or auto audio retailer. There is a code to unlock it which can only be entered to the OBD

Post the radio make, model and Serial Number

These details are found on the label on the casing

Most bose units have the amp on the speaker.

its not written anywhere as merc dealers have them on file (they may charge you to get the info)

these codes are not published for free on the internet, the dealer wants a tidy sum to give them to u in most cases, here is a site that may be able to supply the code for a minimal fee.

Real easy. Go to the MB dealership, proceed to the parts department give them the VIN of your car(I used my insurance card) ,they type in your VIN, few seconds... they hand you over a post-it w/ your code.

Go to your car punch in the code and make sure you press OK.

Your done ...radio works again.

P.S. I have a 1999 e320

Contact Mercedes they will be able to provide code for a FEE as long as its the original radio for that vehicle. Good Luck and thanks for using FIX YA

I had the same problem, went to the dealer with my car registration and drivers license and they provided audio code...........Rod.

try taking the unit out. there is a sticker on it with a serial number
call your dealer and tell them that you need a code " service department "
they will ask for the serial number on the radio
once you give the serial number they will look it up and give you the code
do not try to put a " random " code this will lock your radio and you will have to unlock it before putting the code in it.
if the screen shows " code " you are fine, just get the code and voile.
if your screen shows " waiting " the radio is locked up and i will assis you on that matter once you get the code.
