RFI problem with 2005 Kluger/Highlander

I would like to be able to identify parts of the ignition circuit which warrant the application of ferrites to get rid of RFI on my 2 way shortwave radio. Problem is page 66 of the vehicle circuit manual is missing from highlanderclub.re and this is the start of the pages with ignition circuits. Any idea where I might get these pages?

Regards

James

HIGHLANDER "NO-HEAT" CONDITION (W/O Automatic Air)

Does your Toyota Highlander have no heat?
Here are two possibilities
The retainer nut for the temperature control is loose, which leads to a wire that is broken from the temperature control sub-circuit board, to the main circuit board.

If the retainer nut is loose, the unit can be repaired. This will entail removal of the heater control from the dash, disassembling it, identifying the broken wire, and resoldering the broken wire back in place.

If you are not skilled in disassembling the dash and the heater control, and not skilled in soldering, this job is best left to a professional. The alternative ti repairing the broken wire is costly. The replacement control is roughly 900 dollars, plus installation. A qualified technician can repair your control in less than 2 hours.

2005 toyota kluger alternator problem

Possibly - get your hands on a multimeter and see what voltage is at the battery terminal firstly with the car not started your battery could also be dead if it has dropped a cell it will read under 12-12.5 volts. Then check when the car is running if it is under 13V say 12-12.5 then it is your alternator. Otherwise if there is healthy voltage 13.5+ then the alternator is good and your problem lies elsewhere.

How to get Maint Req off screen on a 2005 toyota highlander?

Turn ignition to "ACC" and press the odometer button until the display reads actual mileage (not Trip A or B).
Turn ignition off.
Hold the same button down that you used in step 1.
While holding the button, turn ignition to 'ON'.
The 'Maint Reqd' light should blink and go out.
Done!

Toyota Highlander 2005

The timing belt runs from the crankshaft pulley up to the head, around the cam gears, back down, over the water pump and back to the crankshaft. Timing belt replacement is a job that is time consuming, and, at times, difficult. If you do not have the proceedure, I can send it to you, but, this is a very specific job, and having the belt incorrect in any one of 6 possible "mistake" positions will result in a no-start or run poor condition. Timing belt replacement for that vehicle is recommended at 90,000 miles.
