Changed 02 sensor reset computer but engine light came back on
That is because the check light indicated on OBD2
System Fault
You replaced a part based on the code
The codes are used to diagnose the system that set
the code & then component test
You apparently didn't diagnose the real cause of the
possible problem
The sensor may have been just doing it's job
When you come here either give use the codes or
just Google them to learn the ins & outs

SOURCE: how do you get rotor off 2003 hyundia elantra
hi from uk not sure if same as uk hyundai's but here goes ? if you remove wheel do you see two countersunk posi screws between studs that appear to hold rotor ?? if so then you will have to first remove the brake caliper assy by unbolting from the rear of caliper two 13 mm spanner/socket ? then you remove the two bolts that secure the carrier that the caliper bolts to 17 mm spanner/socket now you can remove the two contersunk screws then you may have to tap the rotor off the hub from rearuse a wire brush to clean up/away all rust/dust from caliper and carrier assys b4 refitting (take precautions from breathing dust) i assume you are fitting new pads ?? reassemble carrier then b4 fitting pads smear a light coating of copper grease on the rear of pad (metal side ) this prevents squealing on brakes then fully reassemble then b4 fitting wheel? bleed the brakee caliper a couple of pumps should expel dirty fluid then fit wheel carry out same proceedure on other brake assy as above fully then b4 you move car pump brake to ensure pedal is firm you will find that bleeding brakes will make pedal firmer as the old fluid becomes compressable due to heat/moisture absorbsion over time and heat from brakes is transferred to fluid via caliper piston understand?? that is why alway policy to bleed/flush brake fluid at least two yr interval this reduces spongy brake pedal hope this is all clear 4 you to follow best wishes for new year and hope you update on how you go on??
SOURCE: Need to know where the camshaft position sensor is

Did you use a aftermarket O2 sensor or a genuine Hyundai one? If it's an aftermarket one it may be bad or not as good as the OEM one. See here for more details and other potential causes: P0133
