1994 Ford Aerostar using antifreeze but not leaking

This is my moms van and she complained to me that she wasn't getting any heat. Checked the radiator and fluid was low. Fluid kept disappearing from the radiator but not on the ground. Then a heater hose sprung a leak. fixed it, then another heater hose started leaking from the quick connect. Fixed both quick connects with new o-rings and plactic connectors. ran it-no leaks. next day it started leaking out of one of the same quick connects we had fixed. Replaced heater hoses-no leaks now but still going through the antifreeze. Floor is not wet on the passenger side, and oil is clean.

when the motor is cold... remove the radiator cap... start the motor... have a look and see if you see air bubbles

The lines for the transmission cooler run to the reservoir on one side of the radiator, correct? You may have gotten a bad radiator and the trans cooler is allowing the fluids to mix.

SOURCE: radiator fluid leak

These trucks have an aluminum and plastic radiator. They are famous for leaking from the seam of the rad tank to rad core. You may be able to spot this by looking closely at the seam of the rad for stains. A pressure test of the cooling system is best for accurate results. Good luck.

SOURCE: 2003 Ford Escape leaking red fluid

Sounds like you need a new power steering hose. To verify this, I would dry up any wet areas on the hose and pump with a towel, get a flashlight and start the vehicle and try to determine the exact site of the leak which is usually at the ends of the hoses. Good luck!

My 94 aerostar ext leans to the right at the rear of the van.

The rear right suspension needs to be checked. The shokers may have gone or if it has leaf springs that may have straightened out due to load or may have broken. Check and replace.

1996 ford aerostar van is leaking small amount of antifreeze heater is taking longer to heat could it be the thermometer if so where is it located

I assume you mean the thermostat.

Look for a large hose running backward from the radiator. Where this hose reaches the engine, it will be attached to a metal piece. The thermostat should be inside this. There are usually two bolts holding this part to the engine.
