Cranksensor trouble on nissan navara 2006

there is almost no way to miss align the flywheel! did you checked side by side for proper fit and all the slots matched , if you didn't i would get one fro the same place and match the old one, Also did you remove the sensor before replacing the flywheel? if you didn't you may have a broken sensor.
