I have a 2000 Ford Excursion - 7.3 Diesel. A/C not cooling in low RPM but system has freon

Hook up a AC test gage to the low side pressure port under the hood, it should read 28-32 PSI, if not your system is low on charge.

Why won't my 03 ford taurus start

Who told you the alternator was fine? Sounds exactly like an alternator issue, fuel relay cant stop your dash gauges from working. An alternator should be putting out 13-14.5 wolts with the car running. Do you have any lights on the dash? like a battery light or anything out of the ordinary?

Ford diesel excusion A/C won't cool

Any performance testing re auto A/C requires consistant engine revs highway revs eg 1800 exit ramp eg idle stop start 800revs leading to much reduced A/C compressor speed and therefore performance output .Also all testing its desirable to close the bonnet to control design air flow through the engine bay .Also check under dash passenger side air flow pos a filter on return air duct or something sucked up into paper etc .good luck!

I perchesed a dodge caravan from a car lot. so far I put on tires, Oil change. and a new water pump. my gages started working again. Now all the gages stoped working and only thing working is the turn...

Stop changing things or you'll think you caused it. Likely your dash came unplugged from the wall or a bad grounbd going to it. Hold your breath, now the fun begins. Chances are this is intermittent.

Gages and dash lights

Have you checked the fuses? Look in the owner's manual for the locations... you might have just blown one.
