There is a fuse you may have more then one fuse box look under the hood & under the dash. Most of the time Chrysler will just put a number next to the fuses. Go to your owners manual & see what number is your head light fuse. If you still can't find the right fuse take your test light & check both side of each fuse if one side lights up & one side does not replace it with the same size fuse.

SOURCE: 2001 dodge neon tail lights inop

looking at your schematics and , you say tail lights don't work , you didn't mention if front parking lights and license plate lights are working , they all come from the same source , a black /yellow wire , a good clue if front work and rear don't , please advise .if fronts work then you have a open circuit somewhere between junction S118 (near breakout for left headlamp) and rear sockets.

SOURCE: Headlights don't work.

There is a circuit breaker inside the headlight switch body. It gets weak over time and use. The breaker is actually mentioned in the owners manual. A new switch is about $75.00 at the local parts store. You must remove the front of the dash to change the switch. Mine would go off and then in about 30 seconds reset and the lights would come back on. I would be driving down the road with my headlights flashing as the circuit breaker opened and closed. New switch = problem fixed.

These are all different circuits. The brake lights are on a 10amp fuse - the headlights are on a 50amp fuse - and the parking and dash lights are on a 20amp fuse.
Do you have power going into the headlight switch and the brake light switch ?

My ranning lights on rear end dosnt work. My brake lights work turn singnals work but my running lights don,t work and dash lights

GET A GOOD FUSE TESTER, TEST ALL THE FUSES. THERE IS A FUSE BOX UNDER THE DASH, CHECK EACH FUSE TURN ON HEADLIGHT SWITCH, THE FUSES CAN BE TESTED WHILE STILL IN THE FUSEBOX. POWER ON ONE SIDE, FUSE IS BAD. POWER ON BOTH SIDES, FUSE IS GOOD. POWER ON NEITHER SIDE, SPARE FUSE. IF THERE IS NO POWER AT THE TAIL LIGHT FUSE, THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH MAY BE BAD. IF THE FUSES ARE THE OLDER GLASS BARREL TYPE THEY MAY HAVE BECOME CORRODED OR RUSTY. IF SO YOU WILL NEED TO CLEAN THE FUSE BOX CONTACTS WITH FINE GRIT SANDPAPER & PUT IN A NEW FUSE.

Dash and tail lights stopped working on my daughters 1991 toyota celica gt. the fuse has been checked and replaced. it was ok. the headlights were recently changed. is it true the dash and tail lights run...

If the tail lights and the dash lights stopped working and the tail light and the panel lighting fuses are both o.k. and you can find no other blown fuses then the problem is most likely the headlight switch.

I have a 85 omni glh I blew my brake lights out I replaced the fuse but they still don't work , everything elae works on the car except the hazards , are the brake lights and the hazards connected...

yes they are. if your hazard flasher is bad and you happen to have the hazard switch turned on your brake lights wont work
put hazard switch in one position and check brake lights
then put in other position and check them
if they work with the hazard switch in one position leave switch olone and check fuses and put a new flasher for hazard in

Dash and running lights does not work, everything

The fuse to the taillights/running lights?
It can't be a grounding problem if both taillights and dash don't work.
If only taillights don't work, it would be suspicious grounding.

does the instrument panel lights come on when you turn on the park lights only (no headlights)? If not it could be the switch itself.
