Soon All That Will Happen Is You Will Get The Wait 3 Mins And It Will Never Start, A Good Locksmith Can Take Care Of This For You And That Will Save You Some Money. Cause If You Go To The Dealer Ouch They Will Hit You Up. But I Asure This Is How It Will Happen Cause It Is How It Happen To Me

That is the procedure for passlock 2 but you have to do that procedure 3 times in a row. Does you key have a PK3 stamped on it?

Does the key have a chip in it? If it does, read the resistance accross both sides of the key chip on the 20k scale, buy a 96 cent pack of resistors from Radio Shack, and solder together a set of them that equals near 2% variance of what the key reads,shrink wrap them, try to locate the wiring and solder this resistance set up in the wires, try to start.
Wiring diagram is needed to be sure of the colors and location of wires to be spliced.

I came accross a remedy of some who had a remote control start installed and they stated this eliminated their starting horrors.
When you turn the key to start does it crank or does it make any sort of a noise, like a clicking to the relay?
try tapping the solenoid with a long bar tried just about everything else.

A used body control can be used in a vehicle other than the vehicle it was installed in. the body control module when first installed is programmed with the vehicle vin number. the vin number can not be changed was it was written to the BCM. the oprions can be always change in the BCM but not the VIN number. basically the used bcm you have installed has the vin number from the vehicle was installed in, now the vin number in the used BCM doesnt match all the other control modules

Have you tired going to the passenger door and lock and unlock that door? you may have a defective door open sensor switch in the drivers door, I had this happen on a GM product I owned. If that doesn't work try locking and unlocking the car with the remote key fob. If neither of these methods work you will need the BCM (body control module) scanned by the dealer to see why the on board security system is locking you out, with a special scanner and the training to know what it shows as a problem so you can isolate the problem there is nothing you can do at home to repair this. The dead battery may have caused the system not to recognize the keys anymore, in that case once again you need the dealer to reprogram the keyless entry module.
