SOURCE: how do I change my front park light bulbs ?
You only need to unscrew the vertical bolt located at the upper-outer side of the headlight, then you only have to pull the park light screen to the front of the vehicle -it could be a litlle hard-, the rest is only turning the bulb socket and take it out. To mount it the opposite procedure.

yes it is the head gasket the compression is is leaking in to the cooling circut, take out the plugs and see if any is a orange colour if so to repair it you will have to buy a new head , gaskets head bolts other wise it will not last a 1000km

Toyotas sometimes have multiple power wires coming off of the battery to fuse blocks. One of these wires may be broken. Electrical schematics are available on-line or in repair manuals. If you don't have one, go to the library and look in the repair manual section.

If you have the HID bulbs, and there is moisture in the bottom of the assembly, the high voltage box at the bottom will not work. this requires removing the whole headlamp, removing the circuit board from the bottom and drying out. I have done mine twice before finally finding how water was getting in at the top seam of the lamp assembly. You will have to dis-assemble part of the wheel well and bumper cover to gain access to all the mounting bolts. Best of luck
