Sounds like you have lose connection , probably a ground wire under the dash . May mean pulling the instrument panel to find it . Ground 200 is ground point for instrument lights ,
G200

Or the dimmer switch could have internal problems . If you want fix problems like this you need to learn automotive electrical testing an trouble shooting . There are good videos on youtube ! Electric Testing Techniques You Need to Know And how to read wiring diagrams . And buy a manual so you have componet location charts . How to read an electrical diagram Lesson 1
Any component that has a ground problem, why not try a redundant ground wire to see if components will work ok? A redundant ground hasn't failed me yet, I suppose it could, but, so far so good.
In my database for ground distribution wiring, I didn't see a g200. I even looked at wiring for engine control diagrams, couldn't find G200.
Is there a component that is having a problem?
My diagram is showing that the ground goes through the instrument cluster not G200. If you unplug connector 2 at the heater control there should be power on the first 4 wires with the key on. The 5th wire is the G200 ground. If there is power plug it back in and see if there is power at the blue with pink wire on connector 1 with the connector plugged in. If there is power there than there is an issue with that wire or in the cluster. it is also possible that the TIPM or the cluster detected a problem with the HVAC and decided to shut it down. You would need a scan tool to see if this is the case.
If NONE of the functions work for the driver's seat, I would suspect a boken wire. Check the ORANGE wire on Pin "L" at the seat switch connector. This should have power at all times.
Pin "A", the BLACK wire should be ground. It grounds at G200, which is located in the left front kick panel.
If both of these wires are good and functioning properly, then you most likely have a fried seat control switch.
You dont say what Model Llimited) engine ( 6? 8? )or Manual or Auto temp control. but maybe check the ground wire for the blower. G200 black wire, which ends up under console. check the black wire at the motor, if it has voltage on it, the ground is bad. the power wire should have 12V
check the g200 ground wire behind the insturment cluster. Im the forman for a chryler dealer I have seen that the ground nut is loose when you disconnect the battery you are reseting the modules.
