Nissan 1995 maxima keeps stopping

When driving the car it will suddenly shut down, then i would pull over, start the car again and be on my way, sometimes this will happen 2 or 3 times a day other time its ok,had the car inspected by a mech, could not fine anything wrong, took it to another mech,he suggested it could be the crank sensors so he replaced them & the cam angle sensor but the problem is still there please help.

I had a similiar problem with my 95 maxima. It turned out to be a bad MAF sensor. Check it out and make sure the sensor is not dirty. you can try cleaning it with a MAF sensor spray. I replace my with one from the junkyard.

It is most likely to be your fuel relay, however check your fuel filter and fuel pump.Hope this helps

Is there an OBD1 readear for a 95 Nissan Maxima?

In rare cases your 1995 Maxima might use OBD2 but it is probably a OBD1. You could try an OBD1 reader but unfortunately OBD1 was not anywhere as useful for diagnostics as the OBD2.

Twice now my 2004 Nissan Maxima has completely died as I was coming to a stop at an intersection. Both times it started back up again after about 10 minutes and then runs normal. I just don't want to...

I can guarantee your car keeps cutting off because there is a problem with your crank sensor. I have a '04 maxima SE and the day I paid my car off it did the exact same thing, it cut off then cranked back up a short while later and when I took it to the dealer there was a problem with the crank sensor. You might wanna check that and get it replaced soon...it's cheaper if u dont do it at the dealer tho

2004 Nissan Maxima Intermittent Transmission Problem?

I don't know exactly how the nissans work with their "limp" mode for what gear it goes into and such. This sounds like the computer is sensing a problem and going into the "limp" mode. Go get the code pulled to see what is says. If it has anything saying trans slipping or ratio problem then something internal in the the trans is wrong. Also, check the trans fluid and see if its burnt ( dark brown or black).

Power Steering Problem

Suggestion - Sounds like a problen that the dealer should address asap. One of those sudden jerks can be strong or long enough to put you on you roof or in a head-on collision. I'm sorry to have to decline remedy but pleased to give this reccommendation. Be safe and good luck

Check your battery terminals, if they're corroded replace them. That did it when I was having this problem.
