You engine is TBI, It uses a MAP sensor check the vacuum line for crack and make sure yo have a good seal, The distributor also check and make sure the pick up does not have corrosion which causes the relutor to stick. As for the EGR it would cause a misfire, and yes the do fail. I am sticking with the IAC as a problem its a stepper motor and has a high failure rate, chack also the ECT (engine coolant temp sensor) for corrosion that gives false reading.

I have no idea how many miles are on the van but 1st lets talk about the oil lite, it is telling u that the engine has less than 10 PSI of oil pressure, this may be the pressure sending unit on the engine is defective, if it does have low oil pressure then severe damage to the engine bearings can result, the click is most likely the contacts in the starter solenoid are burnt, they act up more cold and give the click you hear. I have no idea about the steering issue, without hearing it is almost imposs to diagnose such concerns. In closing I highly recommned that you address the low oil pressure concern ASAP

try replacing your EGR Valve, or your Oxygen Sensor

An oil pressure sending unit is really not an expensive item nor difficut to change . Probably the answer , sending units faulter frequently. Hope this helps

Have the car exorcised at once!
Seriously, it sounds to me like you've managed to dislodge something while doing your audio work - or even inadvertently left behind a small tool; there, it could roll onto components and short across several components/gauges. I think you should carefully retrace your work and make sure nothing was dislodged or left behind!
Good luck; let me know how you get on!
