While trying to connect a new phone to the bluetooth, the screen froze. Its stuck in "please use the following code for pairing" but the phone is unsucessful in connecting and nothing else on the screen can be accessed. Can it be reset?
Same here ! solution??? screen has the ENTER PIN FOR BLUETOOTH frozen and floating over the usual touch

Have you contacted jaguar to be sure the car is wired?
Just because there is a phone symbol on the stereo means nothing.
They all have that.
Go to Jaguars web site and email them with you cars VIN number and ask if the car has been prewired.
they will get back to you in about in 2 days and let you know.
If it has been prewired you can get it set up for a price, if not, you are out of luck.
