It is located on the junctionblock, adjacent to and left of the steering column. To access the junction block, first removethe lower steering column and keen pad panel. When the flasher module is functioning properly, a click can be heardduring its operation. If the turn signals fail on one side or the other and theflasher module doesn’t make its characteristic clicking sound. A faulty turnsignal bulb is indicated. If a rapidly flashing turn single is observed, alight is burned out of there is a loose or open connection to a light. When the ignition is ON, the front turnsignals are ON steadily (not flashing) for the Daytime Running Light, and flashonly when the turn signals of hazard flasher are operated. ///////I would recommend that you change the flasher module.I have taken every thing out of the repair manual above.//////
