Installation Procedure
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
Tighten the screws to 1.6 N·m (14 lb in).

it may not be the blower motor. it may be the blower motor control module which use to be the resistor. it's located under the pas. side. remove the black coyer , 2 scaews above the pas. foot area. then remove the blach unit that has a purple wire going to the back of the motor on the right. price about 140 dollar with tax.

try checking for a 12v feed to the motor and iam sure you will find one ,i think the problem is the earth as the earth is the one that controls the speed via the reostat and the control knob ,so if its works with an earth then its either the reostat or the control switch

from pictures I'm seeing, it looks like it's next to the blower. Remove the insulating panel above the passenger's feet and look up. See if it looks like the picture below:
