Its a 2001 hyundai Santafe .the steering wheel was hard so i fillled it with power steering fluid and it was good but after i started moving the vehicle it started to get harder and making noise until i couldnt move it no more. I check and the power steering fluid was empty, it was all on the floor.

Check and make sure that your power steering fluid is topped off. Could possibly problems with your power steering pump. Mine does the same and the fluid is full. I just keep an eye/ear on it. If it continues to get worse than it could be the pump going out. If the fluid is allowed to get too low, it could possibly get air in it affecting both the "feel" of the steering and making a noise.

That's a hub bearing. Replace the one that's doing it. I'm assuming this 'roar' is coming from the front, NOT the rear.
SOURCE: clicking noise when turning right
check your cv axles in the front end. they are basically your drive axles. the popping while turning is usually the outer boots on the axle shafts have torn and the grease inside the boots has ran out causing the shaft to be dry and click or pop when steering. usually you can replace the boot thats torn but it must be done within a few days of it tearing otherwise you will need to replace the axle shafts.

You'll need to have it diagnosed. Without actually looking at it myself, there are numerous possible causes and to take you through each one would take days.
