2004 chrysler concorde not starting cold, engine pops but wont catch and start

Don't flood it.Get it into a heated garage overnight or put a magnetic heater on the engine for 12 hours and with a STRONG battery and 1 or 0 gauge booster cables and maybe a shot of quick start.......start her up.She will.

Problems starting in cold weather: I have a 2004 trailblazer. Wont start on 1st crank, starts on 2nd. I replaced the battery. Any other suggestions thanks

The two most common causes are: fuel pressure leakdown after sitting for a while and an engine coolant temp sensor. The culprit is a leaking check valve in the fuel pump. To test, turn the key to ON for 2-secs, then OFF. Repeat 3 times. The try starting. If it fires right up, have the shop do an overnight leakdown test. If the fuel system loses more the 5-8-psi overnight, then the pump must be replaced. Test 2 is to check the engine coolant temp sensor. A sensor that's off usually reports a warmer engine than actual so the computer provides too lean a startup mixture. Try depressing the gas pedal halfway. If it starts right up. have the coolant sensor tested.

Turns over and wont start at times when it dont start watee 10 min then it will start

Does it do it hot or cold , after driving the truck for awhile or sitting overnight ? Heat can cause resistance problems , electrically speaking . Have you checked to see if there is spark or fuel pressure when it won't start ? If you narrow it down to one or the other it makes it easier for diagnosing . No Start Diagnostic Basics EricTheCarGuy

2002 madza protege 4 cyl had new ignition coils, wires, plugs and egr valve, fuel system clean out but still wont start after cold damp night and sitting 8-16 hours. After day warms up to 50-60 it starts...

Symptoms are indicative of a partially broken wire somewhere, the cold increases the resistance in the wires and if they aren't working at 100% to start with, will cause your problem. I think you are on the right track, I would replace any high tension parts not already new then start looking for wires showing a high resistance. Check and clean ( with contact cleaner aerosol ) any and all electrical plugs in your ignition system. I would try drying out your computer and packing around it with silica gel to keep it dry.
Good luck

Truck wont start after sitting overnight. Batterys good replaced alternator. Cranks but won't start

You need to test the fuel pressure at the test port on the fuel rail.
Compare normal (running) pressure to that at cold start. I suspect your fuel pump or regulator are failing. Short or that, a shot of carburator spray on cold start into the intake will demonstrate fuel problems.
If a boost spray resolves your problems, you know it is fuel related.
