Hello, The blower motor is located below the windshield wiper assembly. You have to remove the plastic cover that below the windshield then remove the wiper assembly, then you will see the blower housing. Remove the screws from the housing then remove housing cover. Look close because some of the screws are hard to see. Once you get the cover off, you will see the motor and there is a metal strap that holds it down. Take a punch or whatever and stick it in hole in the strap and push down. Then the motor will come out.
I hope this helps.

S500 4matic 2004 the heater blower fan not working

The dealer has some problems with these I think. Bad fuses and such. Check to see if the blower motor is getting power after you turn it on. Check to see if the resistor block (in series prior to the blower motor) is good.

My heater blowers dnt work and i need to knw where i can locate the resister blocks for my heater blowers so i can ghange them

Its located under dash,or near glove box.

The dash panel lower side has to be out.

HEATER BLOWER MOTOR

Its faulty blower motor resistor. The low and medium speed on blower motor is controlled by resistor and its actual speed is high. So because resistor is not working, blower motors actual speed which is high is working.

It can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower motor inspected. If it's faulty it has to be replaced.

Mercedes slk200 blower motor removal

Remove the passenger side, lower dash cover under the glove compartment that conceals the blower motor. A 1/4-inch socket will be needed to remove the screws holding the cover. Locate the blower motor. The motor can be seen hanging down close to the passenger kick panel, disconnect the electric to the blower motor and then remove the screws that secure it to the ducting, drop blower down and out from under the dash. I would test the blower first with a 12 volt jumper cord from the battery made out of house lamp cord, it is not usually the problem but the blower speed control module that is next to it.

1997 S-10 V6 Vortex heater motor-where is it and how hard to replace?

By heater motor if you mean blower motor for the heater system, it is located at the right rear of the engine compartment, under the hood. You will need to possibly cut the rubber barrier around the motor (the round part that sticks out) to access the (5) 7mm bolts. You will probably need to remove the ECM (Engine Control Module) and bracket to completely remove. If you are having issues with the blower motor fan not working I would suspect the blower resistor assembly or the 6 wire connector going to it, before condemning the blower motor. If you mean the heater core by saying heater motor, then it is directly located beside the blower motor and is a lot more difficult to remove. The heater case will need to be separated, and there are hidden bolts located on the inside of the trucks cab.

I have a mercedes benz c class 200 and need to know how to replace the heater blower resistor thanks yolande

The heater blower motor is located outside under the front scuttle panel, the plastic are where the wipers bolt on. You should extend the bonnet to its horizontal position, remove the wiper arms, then carefully remove the rubber seal and plastic scuttle panel trim. Some edges are sharp so be careful. Be careful not to loose any clips or rubber seals. You will see the blower motor now. Make sure the ignition is off and you have the key as someone could accidentally operate the wipers or the heater blower, the former can take your fingers off. Anyway the resistor is under the motor, unplug it and remove. Refitting it a reversal of the above. If you ever have to remove the wiper motor arm from its spindle ensure you index mark it first !

1989 Mercedes-Benz 300-Class

There is a Blower Motor Relay in that system. It is located behind the center of the instrument panel, on connector i27.If it's not the faulty relay, then it is the blower motor .

The blower is controlled by the blower motor in the unit. The blower motor needs to be checked and replaced. The blower motor. The brushes are probably worn and the brushes, or the motor, needs to be replaced. It is located under the front cowl. Check out.Thanks.

Where is the heater fan relay located on 1990 mercedes 190e

If the heater is not working (fan is not turning), but you are able to press the climate control buttons to activate the AC and venting, then the relay (actually this is the ACC in the dash with the buttons, there is no separate relay that controls the AC/Heater fan) is not the problem. Check the fuse box in the right side engine compartment, then check the long 3A flat fuse located in a coverd case atop the the wheel well in front of the fuse box. If these are okay, the fan motor is the problem. If the motor needs to be replaced, you'll need to remove the front cowl under the windshield, and also the windshield wiper assembly. The motors usually bind after 20+ years and need to be replaced. Sometimes, they will bind, then work again. Sometimes they'll bind and blow the long fuse. The job takes about 2 hours and the motor is about $150-$250.
