Tucson 2008 radio doesn't work

its ya lifters. not getting enough oil to motor. oil pump prob goin out or you spun a crank bearing

Are you check fuses? and harnesses connections.

yOU NEED THE RADIO SECURiTY CODE TO FIX THIS. See THE DEALER UNLESS THE CODE IS IN WITH THE OWNERS MANUAL AND PAPERS GIVEN TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE CAR.

You are in security lock out, contact the local dealer for the code you need to make the radio work again.

I suppose my clarification was more of a possible solution. Looking for other thoughts or ideas as well. I can live without the high beams. I can't live without my low beams!

Call your nearest Hyundai Dealership Service Department. I think you'll find that those items you mentioned may still be under warranty.

Hello Colin. You describe a radio which doesn't sound like any Hyundai Radio I've ever worked on. It seems to me the audio unit is 'after-market' and isn't supported by Hyundai Motor America or Hyundai Service Departments. Does it have a "Hyundai Emblem" on it? If it does, you can check with any Hyundai Service/Parts Department & have them check the serial no.

all these circuits share some common fuses, check fuse #6 ( 10 amp ), fuse # 11 ( 15 amp ) & fuse #12 ( 10 amp ) all in the inside fuse box at the left end of the dash.....good luck

have the battery & charging system tested

sounds like he didnt hook up the antenna wire.. check it out .. i bet this is your problem.. good luck keith...
