New spark plugs, then new leads and then new coil packs. Maybe crankshaft position sensor in that order.

But the PT 'Crusier' is a heap of brown smelly stuff. You should get rid of it as soon as possible. Look at the Scotty Kilmer YouTube channel and put 'PT Cruiser' into search.

Is this a 4.0 liter or a 2.5 liter wrangler? Sometimes the crankshaft sensor causes these things to make these codes come up. Crankshaft position sensors are very common of going bad on Jeep vehicles.

this normally happens when you have a bad crankshaft sensor or a bad harness, will recommend you to inspect your harness first if this looks ok, then have your crankshaft sensor replaced, this is located on the rear of the engine so have to raise the car and from the bottom you will see a 3 wire connector.

You probably need the egr valve changed or the passages beneath it cleaned of carbon deposits that are blocking up the passage of exhaust gas back into the engine. It's an important emission control device that reduces pollution by lowering combustion temperatures. When they get plugged up, it can cause stalling, so I would have it serviced.

p0340 is camshaft position sensor A-bank 1 curcuit malfunction, Its very likely you need a new cam sensor. check wiring also, the cam sensor is not expensive.

Crank sensor on that car should be located near the pulley end of the motor, and near the firewall side. Fairly easy to get to.

change the crankshaft positon sensor in the rear of the engine above the oilfilter. Also check the wiring to this sensor, they have a problem shorting out.
