I have a 2002 Millinium. It had been sitting because it needed some front end work. Once the work got done the car started but it was empty so it wouldn't stay on. So I put gas in it but then it wouldn't start. I assumed it was because it had been sitting in the cold for a while without being started so i took the battery to get tested. The battery was no good so I got a brand new one put it in and the car still wont start. Any suggestions?

check the front end for lost parts or broken springs check the tire balance most likey lost front end parts replace if any have a an alinement done after replacing front end parts.goodluck
You don't need a service of any kind at this mileage, u do need to have
this diagnosed for worn front end parts and a full electronic engine
control diagnostic, but i will say this the fuel and air filter needs to
be changed every 30,000 miles, it this hasn't been done do so, also the
transmission needs a fluid and filter change every 60,000 miles, check
tire pressure once a month, all these maintainence items affect
performance.
being 1996 750 4.8 litre fairly heavy car, I wouldn't doubt the car would need new struts/shock replacement all around. front tend to go out first before the rear because of extras weight of the motor, you can feel the ride more spongy going over bumps, poor handing when cornering and once awhile you can hear the metal hitting metal. have all coil springs also check, some get weaken and will make the car sit higher on one side or front sit higher than the rear or which ever. I would have the coil spring check and replace all shocks/struts you be surprise the car will ride as it was new, suspension has allot to do with comfort and handling. If you have to replace the shock/struts, get an estimate first from your local shop for the price of 4 shocks and then shop on ebay first to see if you can do a bit of saving, don't forget including your shipping also including into the cost. any garage will out it in for you.
Only way to completely empty tank is to remove it. there is about a two gallon space between the pump and tank bottom where condensation can build up. You can partially drain it by disconnecting the fuel line and turning the key on. The pump will empty tank (don't run the pump after fuel is mostly empty or it will burn out) Also make sure that hose is secure so that fuel dosen't end up on the ground. After you have finished, put the battery on a charger and bring it back to best charge...Alternator will not and cannot do that.
i would get the 90k major service done and i would also have the hydraulic chain tensioner replaced, have ur battery... chargeing and starter system checked as well..make sure u dont have corroded terminals at the battery.
