How to remove front brake disc on a daewoo matiz

They are sealed bearings so one size only.

Main bearings torques on a Daewoo Matiz 800cc (1999)
Stage 1: 25-30 Nm
Stage 2: 55-60 Nm
Big End Bearings…

Remove caliper push caliper piston in replce pads . You might have to remove caliper mount

Remove wheels.
Remove calipers and caliper mounting brackets.
Remove brake disk.
Replace new disk, being sure to clean it thoroughly with brake cleaner and a clean rag.

Replace caliper mounting bracket.
Replace new brake pads.
Push back caliper piston.
Re-attach brake caliper.

Repeat on other side.

Remove brake fluid reservoir cap.
Pump brake pedal until hard.
**** out any excess fluid from master cylinder reservoir.
Replace cap.
Wash off any excess fluid with water and dry thoroughly.

Road-test

Be sure to keep to a slower speed than usual and keep extended braking distances until new pads and disks are bedded in.

sounds like there's an issue with your fuses, you'll probably need to buy a full fuse set for your matiz. if not check that all the cables are in tact and that nothing is disconnected.

that sounds like it might be power steering fluid, so check your level, and look at hoses and hose ends where they go into the pump reservoir. If that all looks good, it might be your brakes-check your brake reservoir level, and look at the metal lines that run from the master cylinder, under the car to each wheel.

12mm ring spanner and big screwdriver .make sure vehicle has a stand under it as well not just the side jack.

remove the outer small bolts to remove balancer(pulley) the big centre bolt holds crankshaft gear for timming belt which slides off with timming belt removed.

i have a Daewoo Matiz 2000. It doesn't have Power Steering although other models of Matiz came with Power steering. I want to know if a Power steering can be installed on my Matiz. If so, whom can I contact.
