1997 ford escort radio stopped working - fuse is fine - is there a second fuse? This is not the premium radio, just stock radio/tape player/clock. It seems there is no power to the unit.

Found these two fuses. Not only check the fuses, use a test light and check voltage on fuse circuit, one is hot all the time. The other goes hot with key on.
Ground wire is important, also, ground wire is usually black in color.

Dash lights out and dip light and rear light on drivers side on a 1997 ford escort

Looks like your park light/headlight switch assembly is FAULTY! Burned and shorted contactors inside the switch made those lights turned on, better bring that to ur nearest garage electrician to replace or fix it! Hope that will solve your problem!

Battery indecator light on on dash

Check to make sure that there's power from the alternator to the battery on the charge-back wire. If nothing's there, then your alternator is junk and you'll have to replace it again.

Rear lights and dashboard lights not working.

under your dash is a fuse box and with there is a lable on the cover that directs you to the right fuse that governs the dash and tail lights
