Very strange. I just answered this question. Did you post twice? It was about the factory recall? I suggested calling the dealership and telling that the module has failed and you need to be fast tracked for a fast replacement.
Your cd changer is stuck in the read mode and drawing power. Sounds like you need to replace the cd changer before it overheats the wiring and starts a vehicle fire.

I will be happy to email you the diagrams and they will be bigger then I am able to post on here. No there is no cost, just need all the info to give you the correct diagram
Usually they don't do that. We have a 1998 Ford Taurus that has the button for the cd but no wiring for a cd changer in the trunk. You can check for yourself if you like.
