Most people disconnect the negative - just google it to make sure.

Autozone will scan it for free. Not sure if the will reset the code - may depend on who you get.

My NIssan Primera P11 is sluggish after starting it - it takes a long time before it gets off. This happens when I have parked it for few hours before I start it.

follow your positive battery cable the starter is at that end ,or locate the fly wheel is between the motor and the transmission

have you checke dthe main 60amp fuse in the engine compartment fuse box , also some vehicles have a large amp fuse directly attached to positive terminal of the battery on the starter circuit keep me posted if you wish

Our Nissan owners manuls only go back to the 2006 model year, they contain the fuse box diagrams, we do not have them.

Cannot remove wiring from back of P11 primera radio

Take a good look at the connectors, there is a tab in the middle of the connector that must be push down and held while you wiggle and pull connector out. sometimes it is hard to see or get to but it is there,

I cant find the starter motor on my nissan primera p11 1.8 saloon. need to take it off to get it reconditioned as some times it spins and makes a whizzen noise

I have a nissan almera 2001 1500 what model

hi i am not 100% sure but i think it is the P11 144 gearbox its used with the almera qg15de engine. i think it is also used in a primera and almera tino of the same years.
