98 Valkyrie intake where it bolts to the motor leaks small amount of oil. Where is the oil coming from?

IT is possible that the oil is coming from a failed gasket between the intake and the motor. First re-tension the bolts IF it still leaks remove and replace the gasket. It may be necessary to put sealer around bolts as they may go through to an area where there is oil splash.

Bad oil leak in 2001 ot cruiser

A couple of leaks can be fairly large. An Oil Pan leak where you will see oil seeping down the sides of the pan and dripping directly below. The other is a Rear Main Bearing Seal leak and the oil will be coming from where the engine meets the transmission.

My saturn sl2 has a large amount of water in the oil fill spout and on the oil cap but its not in the oil also leaks excessive amounts of oil but I'm not entirely convinced the problems are related

both problems could be due to a plugged or defective pcv valve, since your symptoms would both result from that. you do not say where the oil leak is coming from, but if it is coming up top at the valve cover (especially the back) this is a possibility. check the valve itself, and the tube that goes from the intake tube to the valve cover for blockage.

Oil leak/large amounts of mulicolored smoke coming from exhaust

Around the rad eh, sounds like it could be the filter is not tightened enough, as for the smoke, im guessing that the oddly colorered smoke comes out of the tailpipe, it most likely is that the rings around the pistons are bad. That's what's happen many times before with cars, the ring(s) around the pisons go (expand or break) and thus causing oddly multicolored smoke to come out. Could also be the coolant is leaking into the chamber and mixing with the gasoline (which is not good at all).
