I'm not familiar with that exact model/year but for years ford has had the same setup. To remove the radio requires a special tool that you can purchase from an auto parts store for about $5. There should be a small hole in each corner of the radio, the tool slides into the holes and you'll hear a click letting you know it's in there correctly. Then you pull the tools outward and towards you at the same time and the radio will slide right out. Then it's a matter of unplugging a few connections on the back. To reinstall the radio slides right back in.
FYI- The tools look like two pieces of coat hanger bent into a U.
