I have seen this before and what i found to be the problem was the blower motor resistor block shorted out and kept the motor power up all the time. and would end up killing the battery. the resistor is located on the passenger side under the dash kinda behind the glove box

2004 Chrysler pacifica AC/HEATER continuously blows with power button in off position

sounds like a blower motor resistor or bad relay. Blower motor resistor is so you don't burn up the blower motor.

My AC and Heater blower isn't working in the front vents of my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica what is the problem

If the air blows out of all of your other vents then you have either had an actuator go bad which controls which ducts the air flows through, or the shaft that has the "flap" on it has popped loose and no longer moves which will only allow air to go to the vents that are not locked. The easiest way to find out would be to get under the dash and start at the fan and trace air flow til you find the problem.

2004 chrysler pacifica heater controls won't change

Under the dash drivers side there are mode motors that control where the air comes from replace bad one or both the bottom one is recirculate. You could take a volt meter and see which one has power when you push button

AC & Temp LED display out

The fuse for the radio/CD/DVD is seperate from the AC/Heat. Open fuse box under hood on right. follow fuse schematic to ac fuse position (note there are two so if not one, then it is the other) use the fuse puller that is in the fuse box, then replace the fuse. Good luck.
