Main bearings - stage 1-80 Nm; stage 2-100Nm.Big ends-stage 1-22Nm,stage 2 -45Nm.Flywheel/drive plate-55Nm.Crankshaft puley-120Nm.Cil.head as main bearings.Valve clearance - cold - inlet-0.15 , exhaust - 0.25. Timing 6/800 at sea level.Good luck!

follow top radiator hose to engine where the hose hooks up is where the t-stat is .inside the housing connected to engine

Try disconnecting battery and touching the connector to the terminal 7 or 8 times then reconnect, this should reset the e.c.u.and may cure it.
