Replaced glow plug module because there was a burn't wire, still have the problem but no codes coming up

Wow that sounds expensive for a relay. You didnt say what year it is and you thought it was a 7.3 powerstroke. Sounds like its a 6.0 powerstroke I could see that relay costing that many bones. If its a 7.3 liter you should be able to buy one them glow plug relays yourself and with a basic set of sockets change it yourself. You just need to unhook both ground wires on the batterys before you start. Should take like 30 mins max on a 7.3 liter. But a year and engine size would make it easier to help you.

you need to have the engine coolant switch checked,since the computer relies solely on sensors,the ect tells the computer how cold or hot it is so the computer will make it a rich or lean mixture to start the engine,if it tells the computer that it is 75 degrees the computer will lean the mixture like starting a car in the winter without a choke.

1. It sounds like your batteries are rundown, and to start you need around 200 RPM cranking speed. Try and get a boost to your batteries by jumping with another truck, or change your batteries out for new ones.
2. If you haven't already, check your fuses. Replace any blown fuses and try again.
3. Have you ever changed the fuel filter? If it has been a while, try changing the fuel filter. If you decide to use ether to start the engine, be very careful. Spray a small amount on a rag and place it over the intake of the air cleaner. DO NOT REMOVE THE AIR CLEANER! On engines with glow plugs, if the ether flows into a cylinder with the intake valve open and hits the red-hot glow plug, you have a fire! If the engine starts with the starting fluid, you have a fuel problem.
4. Check each glow plug for continuity, either with an Ohm meter or a test light. Test the glow plug leads for continuity as they incorporate a fusible link.
5. On the 7.3's, it is common for the heater element to fail, which can cause a fuse to blow. Try unplugging the heater and the fuel bowl heater.
