Hot water leaking on my foot (gas pedal) along with a sloshing water and sizzling noise.

The water noise is always there, but it seems like the water is only coming out (onto my foot on the gas pedal) when i turn right. There is also a sizzling noise when i turn right. This all only happens when the defrost is on, but as soon as i turn it off my windows fog up instantly??

Sounds like your heater core is leaking. Or the hoses connected to it.

It sounds like you have an air bubble in the heater core. Try parking front upward on the steepest hill you can find, and run the engine hot, with the heater control on full, for about 5 min. That may shift the bubble out.

Hot water leaking on my foot by the gas pedal

It`s most likely the heater core. If you can smell antifreeze and your windows fog up,it`s very likely the heater core.

Loud clicking noise and black smoke...

Seems like an injector and valves. Check if all injectors are giving same pressure, none leaking or damaged, the injector pump working fine and all filter in the pump are clean (yes there are small filters inside under every electro-sensor), get valves gaps checked and adjusted. at this kind of mileage its a must.

I hear water sloshing around behind the glove box area. I hear it slosh like its cycling when I accelerate? I think I have a gasket leak in the heat maybe, but I have not seen any white smoke? The truck...

Sounds like the sloshing noise is water in the a/c-heater box. The drain is probably plugged. I don't think the sloshing noise is causing the ragged running problem.
