1994 Chevy K1500 won't turn over

Replaced Starter, Starter switch, clutch switch, battery and cables. Checked fuses. Trying to find the starter relay but can find no diagrams as to where it is located. Cables/ground wires are all clean and snug. I am trying to fix my husbands truck...I want my car back!! Please help me figure out why it won't turn over. What am I missing???

Forgot to say that I did put in a new starter and well as the starter switch. I think I found the starter relay..heading to Napa with the part now!

Does it have theft detterant system if so you'll have to reset computer by turning key to on position then cranking it and letting it fall back to on position where you will let it sit for ten or light turns off

SOURCE: 1994 chevy k1500 4x4. won't even turn over.

Check the neutral safety switch, your vehicle should have it mounted on the steering colum. A purple wire runs to this switch from the starter and a yellow wire runs from the neutral switch to your ignition.

Why won't it start?

There should be a clutch safety switch that prevents you from cranking the engine with the clutch engaged.
Have you checked the switch for power ?

85' chevy manual truck ignition issues. won't start. i think its in the collumn somewhere. new keyswitch, starter, alternator, battery and cable ends.

When you say it won't start I assume you mean it will not turn over. Have you replaced the ignition switch? Not the key tumbler but the ignition switch. Have you checked the clutch safety switch?
