My Expedition has been sitting for some time due to a transmission problem. The battery ran dead so I hooked up a battery charger and charged the battery. Now the truck starts, and all the dash lights, computer, and radio come on, but the power windows and dome lights won't work. I checked the fuses and they are fine.
First of all you may not be looking for a fuse if you have an owner manual check the fuse box under the hood as well it maybe one of the little boxes called a relay

I used the owners manual, and an ohmmeter, to check the 30A fuse under the hood, and the 15A fuse under the dash, both were good. I did hear a very fast clicking from what sounded like a relay under the dash while I was charging the battery.
I will check this as well, but the confusing part is that the power door locks still work.
