Want to reset the service light myself. i can't see any need to take the car to the agents, and pay a lot of money while i am driving 4000 kilometer per year, and it must only be serviced every 20,000 kilometer.

disconnect the battery for 5 minutes or use a scan tool, the scan tool is prefered method.

Install remote/key into socket. Push and hold trip button on instrument cluster with all doors shut. Push start button one time for key position one while holding trip button and count to five. keep holding trip button and hit start button to key position two where all the warning lites come on the instrument cluster while still holding trip button. Count to around ten and triangular warning lite should flash. Release button and remove key and then start engine. May take a few attempts to reset this lite.

The fuel pump which is located in the fuel tank beneath the back seat has gotten bad. Consider replacing it.

just unhook the battery for about 20 minutes. if you have an anti-theft radio make sure you know the code and how to enter it.
