The reservoir is the same one for the front washers. There are two electric pumps on the base of the reservoir (one for front and one for rear). You probably need a new pump. It is accessible behind the panel in front of the front right wheel.

Wiper Fluid Reversed Front and Back, Wipers did not

Sounds like someone has had your washer fluid reservior out and placed the wrong line on the wrong pump. You should have 2 seperate pumps. Pull the reservior up and swap the lines from one to the other, then you should be good.

I cant figure out how to spray washer fluid on the back window of my 2013 chevy sonic hatchback. the wipers have an intermittent /on/off switch. i dont see anything for spraying washer fluid though.

From the 2013 operators manual;

Push the windshield wiper lever forward to spray washer fluid on the rear window. The lever returns to its starting position when released.

The windshield washer reservoir is used for the windshield and the rear window. Check the fluid level in the reservoir if either washer is not working.

Window fluid

Probably not since there is so little alcohol in the washer fluid. Usually a little soap and some alcohol with water is all that is in the washer fluid. If it were me though I would drain and refill the system. There could be a reaction that breaks down the coolant. On German cars I have seen the coolant turn to a gel when you mix types of coolant. Best to be safe even though I believe there is little chance of a problem

Windshield washer not working. No water spray

I'm assuming you can hear the pump motor run, the resevior has washer fluid in it, but there's no spray... correct? Then the problem is most likely a clogged pump inlet screen. You will need to access this pump/resevior from the right hand side wheel well (liner moved out of the way) and disconnect the wiring connector at the pump & the rubber hose at the pump housing. This particular pump is 'snapped' in place with plastic holders as part of the resevior housing and a rubber grommet where the inlet tube of the pump is inside the housing. Once you remove the pump, the inlet screen can be removed & cleaned. You'll also want to flush out the reseviore to clean it. Refill with fresh water & W.W. solvent after you reinstall the pump after cleaning the screen. Reconnect the hose and wiring connector to the pump. before refilling.

Front windshield washer is not pumping to spray windows need to replace unsure how to get to it Sante Fe 2004

I presume you've check the fluid level in the washer resevior? This particular problem is common. The inlet opening to the pump is clogged by slime. We usually 'unclog' the obstruction using compressed air. The resevior (tank) needs to be removed and flushed/cleaned out. It can be accessed under the RH wheel well liner. There are 2 10mm bolts fastening the tank to the vehicle. remove those bolts. Then disconnect the hoses (one for front, the other for rear wiper/wash). Disconnect the electrical connector to the pump. You can now remove the resevior (tank) from the vehicle and flush/clean it.

Why doesn't my rear window washer work . the resevior is full of vfluid the windshield washer works fine it is a 1997 plymouth voyager . the wiper works ok but not the wash

Sometimes they plug up or somewhere along the line it gets pinched. Take the line off of the nozzle in the back and try it out to see if you have good fluid flow with the hose removed. If you have good fluid flow your nozzle is likely plugged up.

Rear window washer does not spray fluid. When I push the rear window washer button, the front washer/wipers turn on. The rear wipers work normally.

I have the same problem with my 2000 chevy blazer as skornec had posted. I kinda already figured the hose or spray nozzle was plugged. But the problem with checking those items is that I don't know where the hose is located to the back wiper. And the only thing that could be I see that could be the spray nozzle doesn't even have holes that washer fluid could spray from. So basically I just would LOVE if someone could please inform this lame brain of where to find the spray nozzle on the rear window and where in the interior of my blazer does the washer hose run.

My 2005 Ml350 rear wiper fluid is low.

Hi, The rear and the front washers both use the same resevior. I think the fluid level sensor is at fault.
