Blower out on 1993 sedan...........how to repair?

No heater blower..........when you turn knob/blower switch, nothing happens. Have heard the blower repair is ugly..........that dash needs to be removed. Is this true? Is there an easy solution?

2003 jeep grand cherokee heater problem

Jeep Grand Cherokee is notorious for broken blend-air doors. This is the door inside the A/C-heater housing that switches the air from hot to cold. You must remove the dash to repair it.

Have someone check the switches inside the control head., Your problem will be in there if you had checked the blower motor already. The control has a few switches that will control the motor

Hvac blower motor not working after bringing car in for service, was working fine before mechanic did tune up, replaced starter and coil on 1993 gran am withQ4 engine

What is your question? It sounds like you have an old car that will need some repairs. What he did has nothing to do with the blower motor. Turn the switch on, and tap the motor. If it works, you need a new motor. If not, check fuses, switch and blower resistor.

Heater Blower

have you turned on the switch and checked for power at the blower plug? if so and you have power there then it is a blower motor if not then check fuse under dash and fusable link under hood around blower motor someplace close.

No blower for heater 1993 nissan altima

It is very possible you blew a fuse. There are two 15 amp fuses for the blower motor, make sure you check both of them.

1993 Varvan, Not Turn Signals, No Heater Blower, And AIr Bag Light Now On

boy, that sound like a major circuit to cause all that. either a main fuse under the hood or a main circuit wiring harness connector. there are no unfused circuits that could indicate a short unless there has been past fuse blowing problems
