Compression, fuel, timing and spark and a sufficient cranking speed are all required for an engine to start. Each should be checked through systematically but check the immobiliser first.
the out put of the alternator is wrong at 18.9 volts
it should be at 14.5 to 14.8volts maximum
the high voltage will be making high current flow and that will blow fuses
have the alternator bench tested and check the regulator as well as the regulator controls the voltage.
May have sucked up sedement from the bottem of the fuletank. Try blowing out fule line with compressed air. If it is clear and problem persists, change fule pump
first scan for any codes if it comes up po 300 just a guess it could be random misfire puts the car in limp mode . the igniton modual underneath the coil pacs the coils sit on could be redy to go or if not that check fule pressure by puting fule pressure guage on shrader valve located on fuel rail on top of injector assembly and check fule pressure with fule pressure guage. car of key on pump reading should be around 48-55 key on car on reading should be around 55.minus -3 to 10psi = reading of 38 to45 only if the fule regulator has vacume line atached to it on fule rail dubble check psi reqirments in car manual for co mpleat accuracy. If it doeint have vacume line pressure stays constant 48- 55psi
try blowing out all the fule lines and changing the fule filters the lines may be blocked up also check the fule tank vent if this is blocked the pump cant **** fule from it
have you took the fule pipe off from the card to see if fule is getting to it? it could also be a blocked fule filter,, or an "emergency stop velve" in the closed poshion,, or even a blocked or sticking carburettor float velve???? if the pump is pumping fule to the carb its got to be inside the carb thats fulty?
