SOURCE: '01 Sequoia throwing 2 OBD II codes: po125

DTC P0125 OBD-II - Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Fuel Control
This means that the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor indicates that the engine has not reached the required temperature level to enter closed-loop operation within a specified amount of time after starting the engine. You will likely not notice any drivability problems.

A code P0125 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Insufficient warm up time
Low engine coolant level
Leaking or stuck open thermostat
Faulty coolant temperature sensor

DTC P0135 OBD-II - Oxygen O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
This code refers to the front oxygen sensor on Bank 1. The heated circuit in the oxygen sensor decreases time needed to enter closed loop. As the O2 heater reaches operating temperature, the oxygen sensor responds by switching according to oxygen content of the exhaust surrounding it. The ECM tracks how long it takes for the oxygen sensor to begin switching. It the ECM determines (based on coolant temp) that too much time elapsed before the oxygen sensor began operating properly, it will set P0135. You will likely notice poor fuel economy the illumination of the MIL.

A code P0135 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
O2 Heater element resistance is high
Internal short or open in the heater element
O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
open or short to ground in the wiring harness

All North American vehicles use OBD 2 codes that are available on line. Whomever ran test should have told you what it meant. Stop throwing money at problem You may have to take to a good repair shop. Good luck.

Could P0121 and P0430 codes be comming up due to other issues with my truck?

You need to study OBD Systems

You & the rest of the world have a hang up about
clearing things & believes that is a repair or fix,it is not

You have 8 monitors that have to run

When you clear the check engine light, you clear ALL DATA,
now you have nothing to use to diagnose your problems, until
the monitors run again

You find codes using Google

OBD PO420/430--- failed exhaust converter

Have to find out why & fix the issue or it fails again

You have no vehicle, motor, etc shown here

Codes have nothing to with replacing parts-lesson #1

All code related issues have to be component tested, just
to find a problem, anything, correct that & move on

You have the code reader, why would you remove a battery cable?

Once that cable comes off, the data is gone, no waiting 30 min

I guess your asking about PO420 /PO430

I have no idea how old the vehicle is
Exhaust converters should last 14 years or more

With the 2000 & newer vehicles, people do absolutely
nothing & ruin them is 4 to 6 years, from basically lack of
knowledge & neglect

Your codes are coming back, because when you drive
7 of the 8 Emission Monitors run again, you have not made the required repairs & the computer see's the out of range parameters
& your back to square one.

Lesson #2 You not gonna ever replace any parts-- until you
know how they work & how to test them

You do not want to replace good parts with new for no reason

What is the meaning code p 0138?

PO138--Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Next time Type: OBD PO 138 & read up

That is how you find codes

Now before you throw parts at the unknown, google &
study obd 2 systems & oxygen sensors

You will be very suprised how much there is to learn
about cars

Codes have to be diagnosed & parts component tested
BEFORE any parts get replaced

Have to find a problem first & have to test to find a failed
part,or why would you change one

The idea is to study & learn things, not take the short way out,
in hope of a quick fix,it will work a couple times with codes,
then your back here or at a shop

OBD 2 code showing 300 & 301 cylinder misfire

there are alot of components that can throw those codes.... as a test pull one wire from the coil pack and note if the engine idle changes... replace it and move to the next one... repeat that for all cyclinders.... if you pull one and there are no changes you have likely located the cause.
