Passenger side dirctional does not blink, back dirctional blinks fast. Changed lamp, does not blink, checked lamp okay. Driver side dirctionals work okay. Emergency flashers work, but passenger front dirctional does not work.
Try replacing ALL directionals for the side that is not working properly. That fast blink in the back usually means bad bulb, but could also mean bad relay.
Can you elaborate? You say emergency flashers work, but FR directional does not. Does the bulb-in-question light when the E-flashers are going?
When emergency flashers are on, the passenger front does not flash, all others work.
Could it be a fuse or relay or even a bad lamp socket?
yes, yes, and yes. try TWO bulbs first (new and good are separate qualities), then relay, then mess with socket/wiring if no luck yet.
matter of fact, you may be able to simply swap bulbs with one shown to work before and after. that would confirm bad bulb.
I tried a known good bulb that works, then i tried another bulb that worked also, but directional will not blink. I do not know where the relay is?
The relay should be in the fuse panel. IIRC, it'll be the one under the hood
I have no fuses marked IIRC, under the hood or in the trunk. These are high intense lights
heh, the relay should be in the fuse panel under the hood (i think). And for future reference, "IIRC" stands for "if i remember correctly". If you're having trouble locating the relay, just go buy another one, and look for the one in your fuse panel that matches it.

SOURCE: Back floor wet on passenger side
check seals and the floor ruber cap it could be worn or missing
SOURCE: Passenger headlight blinks off and on with my '05 Cadillac CTS
Could be a bad ground at the particular headlamp .
SOURCE: 2003 cadi cts - heat only works on drivers side
Check operation of passenger side air direction deflector vane in the heater ducting.
You may have a seized vane hinge or faulty actuating servo/control.
Testimonial: "thanks, after checking further it seems to be the temp actuator is not working."

Actually no you don't. Crank your steering wheel all the way to the right so yo have the maxumum clearance for your hands and arms in the front of the wheel well. Remove the plastic clips that hold the wheel well splash guard and pull it back enough to allow access to the interior of your bumper.
Replace bulbs as needed.
Yes, a jack is nice and makes it a touch easier to access, but I did this in an AutoZone parking lot during a cross country road trip.
5 mins tops to complete.
